9.91. Not selected for 100 in 94 Commonwealth Games as he did not
return to Canada for Trials. Broke world indoor 50 record with
5.56 at altitude in Feb 96. Smoked a cigar to celebrate his
Olympic 100 victory; the last time was 2 years earlier after the
