At shot put won European Indoor 1996 and twice European Cup (1994 and 1996), Mediterranean Games 1993. Was twice 2nd at WUG 1993 and 1997 and 5th at EC 1998. Shot Put winner (20.39) at Military World Games, Zagreb 1999. Mediterranean Games: 2001 (2nd). National Championships: 2002 (1st, Shot Put) In 2002, he renounced to the München EC because his wife was about to gave birth to their child at the same moment
